SHIPPING POLICY

The Blissful Plant Co. is pleased to offer free ground shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $100.00. On orders less than $100.00 within the U.S., ground Shipping & Handling is a flat rate of $10.00 (no tracking available). Ground shipping takes approximately 3-5 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door. If you select one of our expedited shipping options (ie: USPS Next Day), we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm MST the same business day, otherwise they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States. If you have additional shipping questions, please call us at 800.732.0472.

DAMAGE DUE TO FREIGHT OR SHIPPING

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check the product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged products must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.

SUMMER CHOCOLATE SHIPPING (June 1st. – Sept 1st.)

Warm weather is perfect for #Blissful summer fun, not so great for shipping chocolate. Not to worry – we always take great care when shipping your order to ensure it arrives in the same delicious condition it leaves our facility. No matter which shipping method you select, we’ll do the following to protect your order:

  • Add temperature control to all chocolate shipments that will encounter temperatures of 75 degrees or higher (there will be a standard $5 surcharge for additional packaging materials).
  • Schedule your shipment to be in transit for as little time as possible and to avoid sitting in a warm warehouse over a weekend.

This means limiting the days we ship from our facility, not shipping orders over the weekend, and expediting your order as needed. Depending on the day your order is placed, this may also mean we hold onto your order a little longer before shipping so it’s not in transit over the weekend.

*If you choose to not ship your Blissful Chocolate priority overnight during these months, we can NOT take responsibility for its arrival condition. As a matter of fact, we kinda know it will be melted. If your chocolate is melted, it will not affect the efficacy or taste of the product, but your experience won’t be as #Blissful as we would like! 

*Place the chocolate bars flat in your fridge for an hour, and go get #Blissful!
